- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 61-year-old man with respiratory distress. A repeated reflux of air through the patient's oropharynx was found. The patient has undergone flexible bronchoscopy and contrast oesophagography as the possibility of tracheotracheo-oesophageal fistula was considered. He was succumbed to overwhelming sepsis two weeks after conventional bronchoscopy.
