- Abstract
As a steward of federally funded research, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) awards approximately $550 million each year for research to improve the clinical care of patients.1 As with all scientific knowledge, the outcome of these trials, whether positive or negative, must be disseminated for the data to be useful. Additional trials were identified using the internal National Institutes of Health (NIH)-wide database iSearch.
