- Abstract
Reactive nodular fibrous pseudotumor ( RNFP) is a rare, benign, reactive lesion to antecedent abdominal surgery or trauma. In the presents study, we report a case of a 54-year-old woman who developed a mass at the hepatic hilum after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The mass was excised completely in two separate operations, and histopathological examination confirmed RNFP. The clinical significance of the disease is discussed.
