- Abstract
The whole borehole is divided into severat wett secions wtth different fricion factors by uiing system duster anatysis. Combined wtth the dritt string friction torque modet, the simulated anneating algorithm is used to inverse and caiculate the opiimat vatue of friction factor of each wett secion. Based on the sectionat friction factor, considering the bearing capadty of the dritting rig, rock crushing condl-ions, friction condtiions, diitt stiing strength condtions and diitt stiing siffness condtiions, the judgment criterion and predicion modet of horizontat wett extenrion iimtt are estabiished. The field appiicaiion resutts show that the predicted vatues of hook toad and wetthead torque obtained by the segmented fricion factor inversion method have a good correlation with the measured data. The average absolute error vatues are 3. 72% and 3. 45% respertivety, which are 54. 8% and 51. 8% higher than the predicion accuracy of the tradtionat inverrion method. Wtth the increase of friction factor, the extenrion limtt of horizontat well decreases obviousty. The resutts can provide a reference for the predicion of extenrion iimtt of horizontat well.
