- Abstract
The Educational Neuroscience is recognized as a part of cognitive neuroscience that contribute to Education, relieving the role of individuality as a determinant learning factor. The learning is given under neuroplastic changes that occur throughout the life in humans, and these changes are different from those which occur in individuals due to development. The current findings are enabling the value's understanding of dynamic current learning processes in Health Sciences Education; and for the future professionals' training in general. Finally, it is argued that knowing and fostering Educational Neuroscience within the lecturer training processes would -specially in Higher Education- support research to find more future relevant findings of psychobiological mechanisms that allow each person to learn in the extent of his/her own individuality.
