- Abstract
The Covid 19 pandemic generated fast and drastic changes in a short period as rarely witnessed by mankind. In this context, higher education faces challenges, possibilities, uncertainties and defiance, observed in daily processes, which place the need for the discussion, flexibility, adaptation and innovation of its practices for adapting to mobile situations. This article explores the innovative responses (understood as intentional creative efforts that provide added value) of a group of professors educating social communication students at the public education sector in Ecuador. It analyzes how these educators conceive and apply innovative strategies through a narrative text that intertwined their testimonies with the literature review contributions.
