- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the influence of physical examination and diet consultation to risk factors of cardiovascular disease among commercial Korean airline pilots. It compares the serum cholesterol levels in various components including body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride (TG). It suggests the importance of regular physical examination and intensive management of diet and exercise.
