- Abstract
The article focuses on the discovery of protein kinases including its environmental factors, genomic integration and repair response in DNA damage. DNA repair approach is described as a significant methodology in responding DNA damage. And this protein kinases detects DNA damage genes, developmental defects, diseases including cancer. It illustrates that protein kinases is played important role in DNA damage response for cancer treatment.
