- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the characterization of sendai virus (SeV) carrying envelope fusion protein gene fused with green fluorescent protein. It says that sendai virus' infected living cells were visualized through green fluorescence wherein EGFP SeV's existence to a fusion (F) glycoprotein sustained the activities of the protein in its intracellular transport. Results show that fluorescent SeV is important on viral binding, F protein mechanisms, and SEv cycle in infected living cells.
