- Abstract
This paper introduces the early cracking characteristics of the basement side wall of a building project. The types of cracks are demonstrated through the study of cracking law, the test of compressive strength, the analysis of reinforced formwork support system and the analysis of structural entity strain data, most of the cracks are caused by the disturbance of steel bars in early concrete, the penetrating crack is superimposed shrinkage crack. The practice shows that a series of technical measures, such as reasonable design of segmental pouring length, optimization of pouring sequence, strengthening of reinforcing steel formwork, preparation of compensating shrinkage concrete with magnesium high performance concrete crack resistance agent, embedment of temperature strain monitoring device and improvement of curing scheme, can control the cracks of the project and improve the self-waterproofing performance of the basement side wall structure.
