- Abstract
This document is a video abstract from the Central European Journal of Urology titled "Robotic left nephrectomy with level IV inferior vena cava thrombectomy using the AngioVac system." The abstract describes a successful procedure involving the use of the AngioVac system and robotic surgery to remove a left renal carcinoma and a level IV inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus in a 75-year-old male patient. The procedure was minimally invasive and resulted in the removal of the thrombus without the need for a sternotomy. The patient's hospital stay after the surgery was 9 days.
