- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein the plaintiff was detained after the United States District Court in Kansas found that he was sentenced for attempted burglary , and prison escape. The Supreme court held the plaintiff, Pedro Rodriguez-Fernandez in prison, and refused his release although the Tenth Circuit mandated the release. It examines the constitutional protections , and the role of international law in federal court to understand the decision of the court.
