The article presents a case study on the MITA ChatBot system, an artificial intelligence (AI) conversation software, launched by the telecom company Banglalink Digital Communications. It highlights the impact of the MITA on improvement in customer care experiences. It also discusses the features and structure of MITA for product information, customer satisfaction and conversation modelling.
