- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 46-year old woman with 2-year history of painless weakness in facial and limb-girdle muscles and uncomplicated by cardiac or respiratory symptoms. Her physical examinations showed bilateral winging scapula with weakness in serratus, trapezius, and deltoid. She was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin and azathioprine on a quarterly basis.
