- Abstract
The article reports on the significance of using longitudinal lift biopsy and flat fixation technique for the diagnosis of mycosis fungoides (MF). The technique provides dermatopathologists with a wide sample of representative tissue and may prove to be effective in improving diagnostic accuracy while minimizing the need for multiple biopsies. Moreover, a biopsy technique increases the probability of identifying histopathologic features of MF with enhanced diagnostic precision.
