- Abstract
Anthraquinone derivatives are a class of secondary metabolites produced by plant, which have obvious activities against the plant pathogenic fungus. To clear the relationship between the structure of anthraquinone derivatives and its biological activity, anthraquinone and 16 anthraquinone derivatives were tested against Blumera graminis f. sp. tritici. The results showed that the activity of anthraquinone derivative was more effective than that of anthraquinone. The position of methoxy showed a close correlation with its activity. The sixth is the key position of methoxywith and the activity with the order of 5,6- > 1,6- > 6 > 8.
