Fire Needle Intervention in Allergic Asthma Guinea Pigs Th1/Th2 Imbalance.

- Abstract
Objective: By detecting fire needle intervention in the allergic asthma guinea pig model of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, the INF-γ, changes in T lymphocyte and the pathological morphological structure, the influence of the preliminary discussion on fire needle intervention to allergic asthma guinea pigs mechanism of Th1/Th2 imbalance. Method: 40 healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, fire needle group and dexamethasone group, 10 in each group. Except the blank group, the rest of the groups all use OVA sensitization method to build the model. After the success of the building does not make intervention model group, Western medicine group in front of the atomizing inhalation with intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone 0.5 mg/kg, fire needle group of fire needle intervention, after the experimental groups of guinea pigs, make detection in guinea pig serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, INF-gamma, the change of T lymphocyte and the influence of the pathologic morphology. Results: Building successful guinea pigs after intervention treatment compared with the model group, fire needle group, Western medicine can significantly increase serum IL-2, the INF-gamma levels (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), and can significantly reduce the serum IL-4, and the content of IL-10 (P < 0.01, P < 0.05); Compared with model group, fire needle group, Western medicine group were significantly higher in peripheral blood CD+4 (P < 0.05), reduced CD+8(P < 0.05), the ratio was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the intervention effect of fire needle group was more obvious; Compared with the model group, fire needle and Western medicine group of guinea pig bronchus lung tissue structure are relatively clear, the mucosa and submucosa congestion, edema, were reduced obviously. Conclusion: Fire needle intervention may be through the influence effect of Th1/Th2 cytokines secretion, the CD+4,CD+4t cells regulate humoral immunity and an adverse effect, lighten the mucosa and submucosa congestion, edema, and metabolism of Th1/Th2 imbalance play a regulatory role.
