- Abstract
The article cites a case of a 59-year-old non-atopic woman who developed allergic contact dermatitis to the peppermint foot spray as a secondary event to golfer's vasculitis. The woman had overlying eczematous changes upon examination and her skin biopsy showed histological features of golfers' vasculitis. The patient undergone patch testing with the British Contact Dermatitis Society standard series and peppermint spray. The patient showed a positive reaction to peppermint fragrances.
