- Abstract
El conflicto armado en Colombia ha generado un fuerte impacto en diversos ámbitos de la vida cotidiana de sus víctimas. La ciudad de Bogotá es uno de los principales lugares de destino de tales desplazados, por lo anterior, el presente trabajo se propuso brindar una mirada frente a la situación en salud y sus respectivos determinantes. La investigación se desarrolló con población víctima del conflicto armado residente en la localidad de Tunjuelito durante los años 2013 y 2014, utilizando métodos de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa. Los datos fueron recolectados de fuentes primarias y secundarias como las bases de datos de la Estrategia Territorios Saludables del hospital público local y entrevistas semiestructuradas; además, se utilizó como enfoque teórico la fenomenología. Se encontraron como características relevantes la relación entre el conflicto armado y los cambios demográficos de la población, la no asistencia a los servicios de salud por parte de las personas víctimas del conflicto armado, debido a la falta de recursos y, la estrecha relación del hecho victimizante y la aparición de enfermedades relacionadas con la situación vivenciada. Se concluye que, debe existir un modelo de atención diferencial que garantice un real acceso a los servicios de salud, debido a que las personas presentan las mismas barreras del sistema de salud establecidas en la ley 100 de 1993 y sus decretos reglamentarios. Adicionalmente, todo lo anterior debe ir acompañado de políticas públicas claras y conducentes en los temas de inserción laboral, vivienda digna, educación y capacitación que garanticen una adecuada calidad de vida.
