- Abstract
OC23.01: *Fetal MRI-based diaphragmatic segmentation for personalised therapy planning in fetuses with congenital diaphragmatic hernia This pilot study investigates the feasibility of fetal MRI-based segmentation of the diaphragm in fetuses with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Three-dimensional visualisation and surface area measurements of the diaphragm may allow diaphragmatic defect classification and personalised therapy planning in CDH.
