- Abstract
The article focuses on a research on the effect of selective leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) inhibition on nonhuman primate lung. Topics discussed include evaluation of potential safety risks by comparing human and mouse LRRK2 mRNA tissue expression; inducing no pulmonary or renal changes in preclinical toxicity assessments; and decrease in di-docosahexaenoyl (22:6) bis(monoacylglycerol) phosphate.
