- Abstract
We present evidence that mouse spleen cells cultured in diffusion chambers together with stimulating antigen, implanted in the peritoneal cavity of irradiated mice produce diffusible mediators involved in cell co-operation during the in viva primary immune response against heterologous erythrocytes.
