- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old women with fistulizing Crohn's disease refractory to medical treatment. It mentions that computed tomography enterography (CTE) revealed a complex fistulizing process in the right lower quadrant involving several segments of the distal ileum, the ascending colon, transverse duodenum, distal sigmoid and the dome of the urinary bladder. It states that she developed postoperative ileus which was managed nonoperatively.
