- Abstract
A case study of 68-year-old male who was referred with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and jaundice due to the obstruction of biliary tract is presented. Topics discussed include presence of tumor in distal biliary tract, insertion of plastic stent into common bile duct endoscopically to improve jaundice, presence of common hepatic artery (CHA) adjacent to pancreas as per multi detector computed tomography and patient recommended for pancreaticoduodenectomy for extrahepatic bile duct cancer.
