- Abstract
This article explores the use of the Systemic Constellation (SC) method as a teaching tool for professional identity formation (PIF) in medical students. The SC method aims to help students become aware of their implicit beliefs about their social context and their role within it. By visualizing social dynamics and engaging in group reflection, students can gain new perspectives and insights. The article suggests that the SC method shows promise in equipping medical professionals with an understanding of their socialization process and facilitating their PIF.
