- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 53-year-old woman who presented with typical retrosternal pain on exertion persisting for 6 months. A coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) performed on the patient showed ruptured plaques and a cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) a month later confirmed a post-infarct scar in the apical segment of the heart.
