- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to distinguish neoplastic from reactive spindle cells with the use of computer-based nuclear morphometry. It states that the study uses forty-four cutaneous soft tissue sarcomas and five cases of reactive spindle cell proliferations in a dog and data were analyzed using median and standard deviation (SD). It is inferred that soft tissue sarcomas divided by histologic grade or tumor necrosis score does not significantly differ with spindle cells.
