- Authors
HUDSON JR., DAVID L.
- Abstract
An essay is presented on the U.S. Supreme Court (USSC) and its treatment of off-campus Internet-based speech by public school students as of December 2012, focusing on an analysis of the USSC's apparent refusal to review several legal cases which deal with online speech and the First Amendment to the nation's Constitution. The passage of anti-cyberbullying laws in several states in America is addressed, along with an examination of U.S. freedom of speech and expression laws.
