- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 33-year-old man who developed pan-hypopituitarism and diabetes insipidus after cardiac transplantation for stage ischaemic cardiomyopathy. Through magnetic resonance imaging, the patient was revealed with a suprasella lesion (SL) and other complications. Apparently, it is believed that SL is a component of the post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder based from several factors such as the relationship between SL and the lymphadenopathy.
