- Title
Organic semiconductors: No more breaks for electrons.
- Authors
Köhler, Anna
- Abstract
The article focuses on the designing of the improved organic semiconductors by identifying electron-trap level that is associated with water complexation. It informs that in the semiconducting polymers, the mobility of negative charges is smaller than that of positive charges. It further informs that the organic semiconductors are hydrocarbon-based molecular or polymeric &#x03AO;-conjugated compounds in which single positive and negative charges can be transferred between the &#x03AO; orbital.
