- Abstract
The article describes a case of cerebral sinuvenous thrombosis associated with Lyme neuroborreliosis in a 29-year-old man with suspected meningitis. The patient had been admitted earlier to a primary care hospital with complaints of malaise, pain around his neck, headache and fever. Results of his examinations, as well as the treatments administered are detailed. Information on the updated Lyme Borreliosis Surveillance data published in Germany in 2007 is also provided.
