- Abstract
The objective of this work is, through a clinical case report, to demonstrate the sequential technique of minimally invasive procedures for aesthetic resolution in anterior teeth. Hypoplastic stains on the buccal incisal third of tooth 21 were treated using the microabrasion technique with phosphoric acid and pumice stone, 1 session - and with resinous infiltrant (Icon®, DMG) - single session -, bleaching with 37% hydrogen peroxide - 2 sessions -. The depth of the stain, diagnosis and choice of the most pertinent treatment determine clinical success. The clinical results, althoughnot perfect, completely satisfied the the patients. Resin infiltration may be a promising alternative for minimally invasive treatment in similar situations.
