- Abstract
The article explores the importance of incorporating both patient and parent perspectives in pediatric headache treatment to improve therapeutic relationships and outcomes. Topics include the findings of a study on treatment preferences for acute and preventative headache care, the discrepancy between youth and parent preferences and current treatment guidelines, and the impact of involving patients in decision-making on adherence and treatment outcomes.
