- Authors
Myers, Michael D.; Sundaram, David
- Abstract
The article offers the authors' insight on the emergence of digital natives, employees who are born in the world of digital technologies, and their effect in the workforce in developing countries. The authors say that the rise of digital natives and the ubiquitous information system (UIS) will affect how companies manage their information systems and practices. They suggest the use of a model with four dimensions to understand digital natives including users, systems, and activity.
