- Abstract
The article presents the Natural Gas Regulation Committee report in the U.S. covered from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. It highlights the decisions made by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) including the issuance of an order that revises the financial forms, statements, and reports which are needed from interstate natural gas companies, the issuance of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, as well as the Order No. 712 which revises the Part 284 regulations for the firm capacity release on interstate natural gas pipelines. It also cites several developments including pipeline projects and bundled storage-transportation services.
