- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 8-year-old male patient presented with sudden onset of right hemiplegia and aphasia and later found to have posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA). Topics include a brain magnetic resonance (MR) revealed a left parietal infarct and a computed tomography (CT) angiogram showed severe stenosis at the origin of the left middle cerebral artery.
