- Abstract
The article discusses the formation of black holes at the stage of expansion of Universe. The author suggests that the black miniholes with a mass less than that of sun can form at the early stages of the expansion of Universe. It also investigates the basic characteristics of primary black holes which are coincident with the conditions of evolution of the early Universe.
