- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 7-month old female presented to the emergency department with a 2-week history of vomiting/gagging and decreased oral intake. Topics covered include the findings of the patient's routine laboratory tests, the concurrent imaging studies that were performed and the laboratory tests conducted after concern was raised for the possibility of a metabolic disorder.
