- Abstract
The article presents a study which investigates the association of insecticide resistance to homology modeling of Drosophila cytochrome P450 enzymes. The study made use of adult contact assay, Molecular Operating Environment (MOE) Builder, and larval bioassays to test the resistance to DDT, insecticide substrate models construction, and to quantify the insecticide resistance. The result of the study shows that structural insight for the insecticide resistance is provided by the homology models.
