- Abstract
The article discusses a case report of a 7-month-old boy sent for evaluation for an occurrence of a congenital intraoral lipoma. A normal radiolucent area between the unerupted maxillary central incisors was seen in radiographic examination. A catgut was used to suture the area. The lesion was encapsulated and is stated to have the general characteristics of a lipoma. A two-year postoperative examination did not reveal any alteration.
