- Abstract
The article responds to comments made on two studies on the relations between caffeine and Alzheimer's disease. It is reported that caffeine reduces activation of cRaf/NFκB pathway. The authors of one of the studies believe in the idea of comparing plasma AΒ in young, cognitively normal individuals who have high caffeine consumption against those age-matched non-consumers.
