- Abstract
With regard to the clinic-pathological findings and the disease prognosis, breast cancer in young women (diagnosed before the age of 35) is different from that in older women. Conclusions MRI morphologic features, including lobular mass shape and smooth mass margin, were independently associated with ductal breast cancer in women under 35, in addition to positive axillary nodal status and higher Ki-67 expression status. EP42.37: Is breast magnetic resonance imaging a must in the pretherapeutic protocol of invasive ductal breast cancer in women younger than 35 years of age?.
