- Abstract
Open spina bifida is a common cause of hydrocephalus in the postnatal period. Severity of ventriculomegaly at first and last assessment, as well as fetal spina bifida closure were significant independent predictors of postnatal derivation for hydrocephalus ( I p i = 0.003 and < 0.001, respectively).
