- Abstract
OC24.06: Value of transvaginal sonography in diagnosing cervical pregnancy after in vitro fertilisation-embryo transfer To evaluate the value of three-dimensional transvaginal sonography (3D-TVS) in the early diagnosis of cervical pregnancies (CP) after in vitro fertilisation-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). The gestational sac was observed in all 24 cases during ultrasound examinations, including 3 with embryonic/fetal cardiac activity, 16 with a yolk sac only and 5 with an empty sac, and in one of the 24 cases, 2 gestational sacs were visible in the cervix at the same time.
