- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old female patient presented at the emergency department with fever, painful swellings and milk-like secretion from bilateral breasts. Topics discussed include elevation of C-reactive protein and leukocytosis revealed in laboratory tests; founding a pituitary macroadenoma through cranial magnetic resonance imaging; and diagnosis of nonpuerperal mastitis.
