- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old man with suicidal carbofuran ingestion who developed shock, renal failure and excreted green urine. He was pronounced dead after 66 hours of admission. His examinations revealed bradycardia, hypotension, and bilateral chest crackles after he was intubated. It mentions that the presence of carbofuran was revealed after three days of urine toxicology analysis via liquid chromatography. It adds that methocarbamol can cause green urine.
