The article presents a case study of 32-year-old woman presented with intermittent acute flares of widespread erythema, pustules, and fever. Topics discussed include diagnosis of pustular psoriasis carrying homozygous IL36RN p.His32Arg mutation; efficiency of secukinumab, an IL-17 inhibitor, in a patient with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP); and failure to respond to methotrexate, cyclosporine, adalimumab, and infliximab.
