- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old-woman with growing tumor on her lower limb. It mentions histological sections of the biopsy specimen showed a deep supportive folliculitis that stained positive with both Periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) and Grocott techniques. It also mentions hematoxylin and eosin staining reveals the destruction of hair follicle with neutrophils, plasma cells, and histiocytes.
