- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a one year-old boy, who was referred to the dermatology ward for multiple facial nodules located on the forehead and cheek. The dermatological examination of the patient showed several asymptomatic reddish nodules of differing sizes. The histological examination revealed chronic inflammatory and granulomatous–diffuse infiltrate of deep dermis. The article discusses idiopathic forms characterized by papulopustular lesions.
