- Abstract
The article explores the organization of the Trypasonoma cruzi stalk formed by the ribosomal P proteins and the interactions leading to its assembly. It describes a yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) protein-protein interaction map generated in a previous work and a complete interaction map generated by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). It also discusses the interaction with the elongation factor 2 (EF-2), the calculation of the kinetics of each interaction, and the discovery of new interacting pairs.
